When added to a Gutter Cleaning or Power Wash or Gutter Repair: $6 per regular window, no minimum required
When requested as a stand alone service: $120 for 15 windows, each additional is $8

OUTDOOR SPOTLIGHT REPLACEMENT
- $20 When added to a Gutter Cleaning or Power Wash or Gutter Repair
– $85 trip charge + 20 per bulb period When requested as a stand alone service
DRYER VENT CLEANING
- Simple: removing cap on exterior and cleaning the cap and interior wall pipe and re installing the cap & reseal dryer vent cap.
$40 for ground level with another service
$50 for second floor with another service
$85 for trip charge for first or second floor
- Advanced: same as simple + remove and replace existing interior dryer vent hose + clean out dryer exhaust port (req. appointment)
$100 first floor with another service
$125 second floor with another service
$125 first floor when done on its own
$150 second floor when done on its own
